How do I get started?
To help us match you with the right coach, please fill out our quick one-minute intake form. We’ll come back to you with a recommended program, coach and rate.
Do you offer group or private sessions?
Yes, we offer both. Whether you are looking for one-on-one coaching to fast-track your skills or a group session with friends, we have packages to suit your needs.
Do you coach absolute beginners or only advanced players?
We coach players of all levels, from complete beginners to competitive tournament players.
Where do you conduct the sessions?
All sessions are subject to your own court availability. Please ensure your court booking is confirmed before finalising your session time with us. Our core coaching areas are Bukit Timah, Orchard, Holland and East Coast, including Ardmore Park, Goodwood Residence, Cyan, Kallang Tennis Centre and MOE Evans Tennis Centre.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 48 hours’ notice for any client-initiated cancellations or rescheduling.
What happens if it rains?
Before the session. The coach checks the weather 60 minutes before start time. If the session is off due to rain, there is no charge.
During a session under 2 hours. Rain interruptions are billed in 30-minute increments based on actual time played — rain within the first 30 minutes is charged as 30 minutes; after 30 minutes it is charged as 60 minutes, and so on.
During a session of 2 hours or more. Any rain interruption before the 1-hour mark incurs a minimum 1-hour charge.
Lessons remain “ON” unless officially called off by the coaching team, so please check with your coach before heading out. If courts are unplayable we can integrate specialised off-court movement and fitness training, subject to sheltered space.
What equipment do students need to bring?
Students are expected to bring their own racquet, appropriate tennis footwear and water.
How do I make payment?
Kindly settle all payments via PayNow, PayLah or bank transfer at the end of each session.
Can I pay for multiple sessions in advance?
Yes, we offer flexible packages. All 10-lesson packages are valid for 3 months from the first scheduled session. Please reach out via WhatsApp to discuss current rates and block-booking options.
How far ahead should I book?
As early as you can — peak evening and weekend slots go first, and your court booking needs to be confirmed before we can lock the session. A week’s notice is comfortable; same-week requests are often possible.
